My weight loss progress with phentermine,water, and exercise

Hi my name is Rebecca.I would like to start by telling you about my blog. I started this blog in hopes that it would help me to achieve my goals with weight loss. Today's date is December 11, 2012. I am currently at the weight of 191.4 pounds. I am 5 foot 3 inches in height and this is what my BMI says

Body mass index (BMI) is measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.
BMI Categories:
  • Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
  • Overweight = 25-29.9
  • Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
This shows that I am indeed obese for my height and age. It also indicates some major health conditions that I may in-counter by being this much over weight.

I would like to share my weight loss plans here also.
I have a goal of drinking at least 8 8 oz glasses of water.
I have the goal of exercising for 30 minutes 2 times a day. (Aerobics)
I will not exceed 1000 calories in a day.
I will walk for 15 minutes 2 times a day as long as there is no precipitation

I will be taking 3.75 mg phentermine tablets a day to suppress my appetite. (TIME RELEASE)

Here is a list of foods I will be eating.
1. Soup
2. Baked or grilled chicken
3. Potted meat
4. Lean pockets
5. Weight watchers meals
6. Egg whites
7. Fresh fruit
8. Fresh and canned veggies
9. Salads with little to no dressing
10. Almonds plain


Here are a list of things I will be drinking
1. WATER
2. Crystal light
3. Diet Dr. Pepper

  1. Today I would like to give some examples of things to get rid of blackheads. elmers bottle glue use it as a mask let it dry then peel it off. It works!
